Coronavirus/COVID-19 - do you still deliver?

All orders are processed normally, including orders for IKEA products.

All orders are delivered as per the delivery date provided at checkout.

We are informed about the travel ban, but we do not have any information about any delays in cargo operations. Cargo operations are operating normally.

All our delivery employees wear face masks, disposable gloves and use antibacterial hand sanitiser before every delivery.

They also have the hand sanitiser and disposable gloves for customers, which will be provided upon request at delivery.

When it comes to signing, if you do not wish to sign for the delivery (on the phone screen), the driver can take a picture of you holding your ID card (he won't touch it) and he will write your id card number himself instead of your signature.
