Can I change my order?

As per the information on our website:

Q: How can I cancel or change my order?
A: Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be modified (we cannot add, change or remove products) because orders are processed automatically. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail.

We can only cancel the whole order and issue a refund, so you could place a new order.

You can also place a new order and if you would like to have them delivered together, please provide us with the new order number and we will advise Operations accordingly.
