Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Fiscal receipts/invoices for all orders are issued automatically, immediately after delivery, and sent via e-mail.

Each fiscal receipt/invoice includes the billing details provided by the customer. Each item and service ordered is listed on the invoice together with the net, gross value as well as the applicable VAT rate and VAT amount.

Once issued, fiscal receipts and invoices cannot be modified in any way.
